FAQ

What is ‘STABLIX’?

‘STABLIX’ is an algorithmic stable digital currency based on Stellar blockchain. The amount of ‘STABLIX’ in circulation increases or decreases according to a given algorithm depending on a market demand.

1 STABLIX= 1 USD

What funds are used to pay income to a project participant?

Funds for payments are taken from the reserve fund that is formed by the founders’ investments and other system participants who buy ‘STABLIX’ tokens.

How does ‘STABLIX’ make money?

‘STABLIX’ does not literally make money at the first stage. We use the funds of first investors to maintain functioning system. In the future, ‘STABLIX’ is going to release to the market its own technological products, which would lead to an additional flow of funds. For example, the first product will be a new money transfer system, which will make international transfers of funds fast, cheap, and convenient as the transfers within the country.

Are there any risks?

Yes, they certainly are. ‘STABLIX’ is a high-level payment system, which is based on the experience of hundreds of cryptocurrency products, but still can’t predict all risks. We may face regulators problems, software breaches, and other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to participate and invest wisely and never invest the last or vital funds. You should definitely get acquainted with the product description, terms of use, and materials devoted to cryptocurrency risks before investing.

Can ‘STABLIX’ cost less than 1 USD?

According to the rules of the project, in a case of a heavy load on the system the value of ‘STABLIX’ token might fall below 1 USD. In this case, a conversion of ‘STABLIX’ tokens into ‘WARRTIX’ tokens will be announced, and they will be liquidated (under certain conditions) within 1 year after the issue. When a sufficient number of tokens are converted, the ‘STABLIX’ token will be reissued and the system will restore its functions. This algorithm can be partially compared with a default, although in our case, the users make a voluntary conversion in order to receive an additional income in the future.

Why ‘STABLIX’ is not traded on exchanges?

Initially, we do not see the point, since the market and user base are not very large yet. Moreover, we don’t want to use trading bots to inflate nonexistent volume with minimal liquidity. We expect that after the implementation of Protocol 18, ‘Stellar’ network will be able to create an automatic liquidity pool, which will algorithmically maintain the value of ‘STABLIX’ without trading bots and other artificial systems. As soon as this function is fully implemented – ‘STABLIX’ will appear on ‘Stellar’ decentralized exchanges, and on other popular platforms (Binance, Bitfinex, etc.) according to project progress.
